You know meditation is good for you — but somehow, you just can't stick with it. Your schedule is unpredictable: travel, back‑to‑back meetings, shifting deadlines. Fixed class times never work. What you really need, in the middle of a hectic workday, is a real pause — a moment to breathe and reset. You've tried apps. They feel empty, with no human connection. That’s where we come in. We offer one‑on‑one mindfulness sessions, online and on your schedule. No pressure. No empty words. Just someone to sit with you, guide you, and help you pause. Because you don't need another task — you need permission to exhale.

Meditate Your Way

We offer one-on-one online sessions in guided Mindfulness Meditation and Yoga. My meditation coaching draws on evidence-based mindfulness practices to help you build awareness, ease anxiety and stress, and support chronic pain management.

The Yoga sessions are gentle and introspective, blending breathwork, Hatha and Kriya techniques to improve flexibility, sharpen focus, and clear stuck energy.

Together, we'll work toward balance and reconnect with the quiet wisdom already inside you — at your own pace, in your own space.

  • You can book a private session on the home page of the website through Private Session directly.

    If you have any questions or concerns before booking, feel free to reach out via “Let’s Connect” at the bottom of the home page.

  • Typically, online private sessions are held at Zoom.

    You will receive a Zoom link in the confirmation e-mail after booking.

  • Based on what you want to practice.

    For Mindfulness sessions, you many need a meditation cushion, or a chair that you can sit comfortablely. Lying down could also be an option for some practices, then you may need a blanket or pillow to support your comfort.

    For Yoga sessions, a yoga mat, props (2 blocks, a blanket, a bolster), comfortable clothing could be supportive for your practice.

    But most importantly, an open heart!

  • Absolutely! Each session is personalized based on your goals, such as flexibility, stress relief, or healing.

    We will have a brief consultation at the beginning of each session, or let us know in advance through intake form.

  • No prior experience is necessary.

    Our private sessions are tailored to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner, an experienced meditator, or someone with specific physical needs.

  • Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

    Please let us know any injuries or physical limitations you have prior to the session through intake form, and we can work things out together.

  • For Mediation sessions, being in a quit and undisturbed environment will be helpful for the whole session.

    For yoga sessions, make sure to hydrate, avoid eating a heavy meal at least 1-2 hours before class, and wear comfortable, flexible clothing. If you have any specific conditions or goals, let us know beforehand.

    Otherwise, just be!
