We’ll work on balancing your chakras to promote energy flow, fostering healing from within. These sessions nurture overall well-being, helping you feel more connected, centered, and revitalized, whether you’re seeking to restore balance or simply move with more ease.

  • The rate for private sessions varies depending on the purpose and duration of the session based on the client’s needs. We also offer discounted package pricing for 5 or 10 sessions. Please contact us for more details.

  • Typically, online private sessions are held at Zoom. However, if you want to have a in-person private session, I can arrange to hold the session at a Meditation Center at Manhattan area, Extra rental fee may be applied.

  • Based on what you want to practice. You may need a meditation cushion, a yoga mat, props (2 blocks, a blanket, a bolster), comfortable clothing, and an open mind.

  • Each private yoga session typically lasts around 60-75 minutes, depending on your needs and preferences.

  • Absolutely! Each session is personalized based on your goals, such as flexibility, stress relief, or healing. Let us know your preferences ahead of time.

  • No prior experience is necessary. Our private sessions are tailored to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner, an experienced yogi, or someone with specific physical needs.

  • We can modify poses and sequences to accommodate any injuries or physical limitations. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

  • Make sure to hydrate, avoid eating a heavy meal at least 1-2 hours before class, and wear comfortable, flexible clothing. If you have any specific conditions or goals, let us know beforehand.

  • We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
