We regularly host Mindfulness Workshops for the public to share the principles of mindfulness and introduce key techniques for practice. These workshops aim to educate participants on how mindfulness can effectively reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing daily well-being. Typically lasting one to two hours, our workshops are offered both in-person and online.
We welcome collaboration opportunities with event planners or individuals in the fields of mental health, healing, spirituality, or yoga, particularly those based in the NYC area, to co-host these workshops and events.

Each workshop runs for 2 hours and covers essential topics, including an introduction to mindfulness and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), practical mindfulness techniques, the benefits of mindfulness, and the scientific evidence supporting MBSR.
