Mindfulness Workshops & Events

We regularly host Mindfulness related events for the public to share the principles of mindfulness and introduce key techniques for practice. These workshops and events aim to educate participants on how mindfulness can effectively reduce stress and anxiety while enhancing daily well-being. Typically runs 2 hours, our workshops and events are offered both in-person and live-streamed.

Each workshop covers essential topics, including an introduction to mindfulness and MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), practical mindfulness techniques, the benefits of mindfulness, and the scientific evidence supporting MBSR.

We welcome collaboration opportunities with event planners or individuals in the fields of mental health, healing, spirituality, or yoga, particularly those based in the NYC area, to co-host these workshops, events and retreats.
