Mindfulness Retreat

We regularly co-host a Three-day Mindfulness Retreat (Friday-Sunday) in the Catskills, NY, about a 2.5-hour drive from New York City. The retreat includes, but is not limited to, Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, Zen Tea practice, Mindful eating/walking, and Sound healing.

All meals and accommodations are included, featuring comfortable lodging and wholesome vegetarian cuisine. Guided by professional Mindfulness/Yoga teachers or monastics, the retreat is beginner-friendly and requires no prior meditation experience. However, it is required to remain silent for the most part, or to communicate quietly.

This retreat is currently conducted in Chinese Mandarin.
