Our 8-week online MBSR course brings the full depth of mindfulness practice to you wherever you are—offering the convenience of learning from home while staying closely connected with your teacher and group.

This complete 8-week curriculum follows the original program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMass Medical School. Guided by Janice Leng, a certified MBSR instructor trained at the Mindfulness Center at Brown University, you'll learn the same proven techniques offered at leading hospitals and wellness centers worldwide.
