Join this 1-hour live online mindfulness workshop—accessible from anywhere in the world. The schedule is thoughtfully designed to accommodate participants in both China and North America. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to reconnect with the basics, this session offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to present-moment awareness.

All participants will also receive a complimentary Mindfulness Starter Kit to support continued practice after the workshop.

Event Preparation

  1. Prepare any props that support sitting practice, such as a cushion, yoga mat, yoga blocks, or bolster
