Led by a qualified MBSR instructor, the session offers a deep dive into the foundations of mindfulness, the science of stress, and how this evidence-based program can support lasting change.
You’ll experience guided mindfulness practices, explore the course structure, and assess whether the full course is right for you.
If you choose to enroll in the 8-week program after attending this session, your orientation fee will be fully deducted from the course tuition.
